NSC Ltd is run by a Board of Directors. The Managing Director assisted by a team of managers runs the Company on daily basis. There are 12 departments, namely; Agriculture, Agriculture Services, Human Resources, Purchasing, Finance, General Administration, Sales & Marketing, Production, Internal Audit, Public Relations and Factory.
